Business strategist, wife, & mom of three boys. I'm also a firm believer in wide open calendars, sales that happen while you're at the beach, and a business that actually fits your life.
I've spent the last 23 years building businesses, making mistakes, figuring things out, and then helping other women skip the part where they make all the same mistakes I did. These days my work is pretty focused: I help experienced female entrepreneurs build one strong signature offer and one simple funnel to sell it — so they can finally have a business that runs without them having to be on 24/7.
If that sounds like exactly what you've been looking for, you're in the right place.

In October 2003, just weeks after returning from maternity leave, I was called into my boss's office and told my position was being eliminated.
No warning. No real explanation. Just two weeks to pack up and go. I drove home in a daze with my newborn in the back seat and one thought running through my head... "I never want to depend on someone else for my livelihood again"!
At the time I had no idea what that actually meant or how I was going to pull it off. I just knew I didn't want to put my baby in daycare and go back to a nine-to-five life that could be taken away at any moment. So I decided to figure out how to build something of my own.
There were no business podcasts back then. No YouTube tutorials. Google didn't even exist. So every morning I'd load up the diaper bag, grab a notebook and a pen, and head to the library.
I read every business and marketing book I could get my hands on and slowly pieced together how to start my first consulting business. It was far from easy. But that moment changed everything.

Over the next two decades I went on to build three successful businesses across both e-commerce and service-based industries.
They looked completely different from one another, but they all had one thing in common: a simple, clear marketing system that connected the right offer with the right people at the right time.
That turned out to be the thing. Not the hustle. Not the content volume. Not the complicated multi-offer suite. The offer itself and the clarity behind it. That realization became the foundation of everything I teach today.
Losing that job turned out to be one of the best things that ever happened to me. It gave me the chance to build a business that let me pay off debt, travel, fund my kids' college tuition, and — most importantly — never miss a soccer game, a school party, or a bedtime story.
Now I help other women do the same.
But It hasn't all been sunshine and easy wins. I've shed lots of tears. I've made expensive mistakes and pivoted more than once. Entrepreneurship is genuinely a wild ride.
But I wouldn't trade any of it, and more importantly, I learned things along the way that mean you don't have to figure it all out on your own.
A few things I know to be true after 23 years of doing this: You don't need more offers. You need one great one. You don't need a bigger audience. You need the right message. You don't need to be everywhere. You need one funnel that actually works.
And you don't need to choose between a business you're proud of and a life you love — you just need the right architecture underneath both. And that's exactly what we do here.
